Where was the basement, specifically?

Also, dimensions?

It's very satisfying to hit grass and have it explode with gold. Why doesn't real life work like that? Metal detectors are expensive.

its not even gold, though. its some common element that has been stewing in the ground for eons until you came around and knocked it out of the ground.

in short, link is as bad as the oil shale companies and African blood diamond miners

Well what would the category of this common element be? I guess it must be something useless since there's no one pawing the ground like a dog in heat except you. If money were only that easy to come by.

Also, I thought it odd as a kid how your name was Link but the games were obviously about Zelda. However, I never met Zelda since I never could get past the Deku tree at the beginning of The Ocarina of Time. Whoops, there goes my badass, hardcore gamer street cred, which means so much these days.

Are you leaving your carbon footprint? You should wipe it on the doormat before you come in.
